[Users] Release Notes, minor versions, and roadmap

Hi, is there a good place to find accurate information on changes and bug-fixes beyond the GitHub changelog? The download on the website is 1.8.4, the latest in GitHub seems to be 1.8.1 and I can’t seem to find any reference in the release notes to what’s been updated or a GitHub project that has a tag beyond 1.8.1. Can someone help point me in the right direction? We have PDFs that went from Invalid to Valid between these versions. Also, the roadmap seems to have been long surpassed, is there any plan on updating it?
